Services
Thoughtful care. Individual treatment.
Treatment should reflect your history, circumstances, preferences, needs, and goals.
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
Initial evaluation · 60 minutes
01
The first appointment focuses on understanding the larger picture: your current concerns, medical and psychiatric history, medications, relationships, lifestyle, stressors, previous treatment, and goals. Together, these details help shape an individualized plan.
Medication management
Individual, informed decisions
02
When medication is appropriate, we discuss why it is being considered, what it is expected to help, how it works, common risks and side effects, alternatives, and how effectiveness will be evaluated. Treatment is reviewed and adjusted over time.
Supportive + solution-focused interventions
Integrated into your care
03
Brief supportive and solution-focused therapeutic conversation may be incorporated into medication-management visits. This is not a separate weekly psychotherapy service.
Care coordination
Follow-up appointments · 30 minutes
04
Follow-up visits assess progress, new concerns, medication effectiveness, possible side effects, treatment goals, and any adjustments that may support your care.
Follow-up care
Connected care when appropriate
05
With your permission, care may include collaboration with therapists, primary-care providers, and other members of your healthcare team so treatment feels connected rather than fragmented.
